I offer birth, postpartum, and virtual “Pocket Doula” services designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re preparing for labor, navigating new parenthood, or simply seeking reassurance and guidance. All services are rooted in culturally inclusive, LGBTQIA+-affirming care that honors the many ways families are formed.

My approach blends calm, compassionate presence with practical, evidence-based guidance, honoring your voice, your culture, and your unique experience. However you choose to give birth or build your family, my role is to walk alongside you with respect, care, and steadiness. I help you prepare for conversations with your care team, create a flexible birth plan, and feel confident navigating hospital or birth center settings.
